Shipping:

Our default delivery method is USPS, with FedEx as our secondary option.  

Standard Rates:

All domestic orders over $500 ship Standard for Free

Expedited options also available at checkout

Returns:

Any return requests must be made with-in 3 days of verified delivery.  If you find the need to request a return, please contact us for a Return ID # before posting back....we will not accept any packages without an approved Return ID #.  Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Made-To-Order items are returnable for Store Credit Only.

Monogrammed items are not returnable.

Made To Order Leather Goods:

Much of our work is MTO, and we communicate throughout the process so that all are comfortable with the process, and result.

Any confirmed MTO item over $100 requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, and time-in-work will be estimated at placement of order.  The remaining balance will be due before delivery.  Any confirmed MTO item under $99 requires payment in full before work begins.

Made To Order (MTO + GMTO) Footwear:

Any confirmed MTO/GMTO item requires payment in full at time of order, with the exception of specialty materials which will require additional time to acquire.  In this case, 50% is due at time of order and the final 50% due when factory indicates completion/shipment is coming up (usually with-in 2 weeks).

We offer these products in partnership with the Cortina/Martegani factory in Italy, and are subject to their communication and capabilities.  We cannot be responsible for delays in either production time or communication...we do our best to keep everyone in the loop regarding work in progress, but rarely receive updates from the factory until delivery is processed.  We do not guarantee a specific delivery timeline in this work.  

Further, any post delivery questions regarding QC/Build Result would be addressed with the factory and, depending the results of that evaluation, would be further addressed either by returning the product to the factory, or adjusted locally.  If a remake is deemed neccessary, the entire process will begin again as a new order.  In this case, customer will be given the option of a new build or a store credit.

Under no circumstances will refunds be given on Made To Order Footwear.
